Accurate Construction Services provides Construction services to clients throughout the United States. We offer a wide range of services tailored to suit your needs. Accurate Construction Services have over 10 years of Construction Estimating and Pre-Construction experience in a variety of construction types including commercial, industrial, hospitality, multi-family residential, institutional and governmental projects. Our mission is to provide accurate estimates and take-offs, presented with the amount of detail our client needs within the required deadline.

Services

Quantity Take-Off

ACS specializes in Quantity Take-Off but also offers complete estimates, preliminary budges, subcontractor/vendor solicitation and qualification, assistance with review and negotiation of contract terms, value engineering, and specification review.

Specification Review

ACS can perform a “Spec Take-Off”, highlighting items in the specifications that can directly effect your bid or budget.

Cost Estimates

Detailed Cost Estimates can be provided using industry standard prices (RS Means) or using your established historical cost data. Cost Estimates can be provided for projects in any stage of the design process from conceptual to a complete design.

Value Engineering

Accurate Construction Services can review plans and specifications and offer Value Engineering or Cost Savings ideas. We can offer Quantity Take Offs and Cost Estimates in conjunction with Value Engineering and Cost Savings ideas to show you the potential changes to your bid or budget.

Review & Negotiation of Contract Terms

We will review potential contracts and offer suggestions to make contract terms more favorable to you.

Subcontractor/Vendor Solicitation

Accurate Construction Services can assist you in locating new qualified subcontractors and suppliers for your projects or simply notifying your existing subcontractors and suppliers of an upcoming bid. This can be especially helpful when working in a new geographical region or when pricing projects that have unusual or unfamiliar aspects.

Pricing & Fees

Fixed, lump sum pricing can be provided on a per project basis if enough information is known about the project and services desired. We also work on an hourly basis at a rate of $40 per hour.
